Human Resources Analyst Intern
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical People Services (Human Resources) Analyst Intern to support our PS team in data-driven decision-making, workforce analytics, and process improvement. This internship provides hands-on experience in analyzing PS metrics, optimizing PS operations, and contributing to strategic talent initiatives.
What You’ll Learn & Do
People Services Intern Responsibilities:
Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting PS data related to recruitment, employee engagement, turnover, and workforce demographics.
Support PS process improvement by identifying trends, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization.
Conduct research on PS best practices, diversity and inclusion strategies, and emerging workforce trends.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support PS leadership in decision-making.
Collaborate with PS team members on projects related to talent acquisition, compensation, learning & development, and employee relations.
Assist in the development and administration of employee surveys and analyze feedback for actionable insights.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure data accuracy when handling sensitive employee information.

You might be just who we’re looking for if you have
Currently pursuing a bachelor's in human resources, Business Administration, Data/Business Analytics, Management Information Systems or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or other data visualization tools.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Passion for PS, people analytics, and organizational development.
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
This position is considered a non-exempt position for purposes of wage-hour law, which means that you will be required to keep a time record and will be eligible for overtime pay.

Report to Division/Corporate Office/Community daily and adhere to schedule
Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer and/or electronic device
Ability to have face to face conversations with customers, co-workers and higher-level manager
Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and move around work environment as needed
Ability to operate a motor vehicle if applicable
Comply with company policies and procedure
Physical Demands:
Must be able to able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time
The ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
