At Taylor Morrison, we host an annual initiative for our employees, Days of Understanding, where renowned outside speakers come into the organization to focus on behavioral change through educational sessions.

Mentorship

Our mentorship program is designed to help new hires navigate the organization, understand its culture, and manage day-to-day responsibilities, including unspoken rules and policies. Mentors provide guidance, introduce new opportunities, and connect high-potential team members with those who can offer feedback and coaching for continued growth. Through hands-on training, mentors impart a realistic view of the qualities and abilities necessary to meet job role requirements.
Additionally, the program reinforces both functional training and essential soft skills, creating a more inclusive workplace. By offering diverse perspectives, promoting career development, and cultivating a supportive environment, our mentorship program ensures team members are well-equipped for career growth.
