Job Description
As an Online Listing Coordinator at Taylor Morrison, your role includes coordinating all activities related to website and MLS listings in your region. Your primary responsibility is to enhance our online presence and ensure that our divisions receive efficient and effective support. Your contributions are crucial in delivering top-notch customer service and maintaining our reputation as a reliable and customer-focused organization. Your work will ensure a seamless transition from virtual resources to in-person appointments with our Online Sales Managers and Community Sales Managers.
We trust that as an Online Listing Coordinator you will: (responsibilities)
- Coordinate and maintain all MLS and Website listing efforts for the assigned area, including, but not limited to:
- List all Quick Move-In homes on MLS and website in order of priority as assigned
- Terminate and relist Quick Move-In homes as necessary due to increased DOM
- List Quick Move-In on the MLS for comp purposes
- Create meaningful home descriptions incorporating their unique selling features
- Upload professional photography and virtual tours to listings
- Price and status updates o Update listing statuses daily utilizing PowerBI
- Complete division updates and changes as submitted o Communicate regularly with the sales team to ensure the accuracy of listings
- Audit listings on a consistent basis for accuracy
- Schedule open houses o Upload floor plans and required documents when deemed appropriate
- Ensure HOA dues and tax information is accurate
- Understand and adhere to all MLS Rules and Regulations
- Achieve department productivity goals on a daily, weekly, monthly basis
- Report productivity performance metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Attend and participate weekly in division-specific, corporate, and team huddles
- Provide reverse prospecting according to the Online Sales SOP
- Participate in new hire training as needed
- Assist with other projects as needed

About you:
- 2-5 years of real estate or administrative experience (both New Home Sales Experience and general Real Estate Experience Preferred But Not Required)
- Necessary licensing per state * You are strong in communication skills, both oral and written
- You are very organized and good at documentation
- You are customer service oriented and believe the customer, both internal and external, is the number one priority
- You understand the need to be flexible and prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines
- You are proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications as well as have savvy computer skills
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Will have responsibilities such as:
- This position is considered a non-exempt position for purposes of wage-hour law, which means that you will be required to keep a time record and will be eligible for overtime pay.

- Report to Division/Corporate Office/Community daily and adhere to schedule
- Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer and/or electronic device
- Ability to have face to face conversations with customers, co-workers and higher level manager
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and move around work environment as needed
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle if applicable
- Comply with company policies and procedure
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time
- The ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
*Taylor Morrison experience and/or successful completion of training program may override required education and/or experience requirement.
