We trust that as a Benefits Administrator you will: (responsibilities)
Key contributor in developing, implementing, and servicing all aspects of the company’s benefit programs. Provides front line customer service and support for benefits function.
Responsible for day-to-day administration of benefit programs such as medical, dental, vision, life, disability, flexible spending and 401(k).
Administers the company’s paid time off programs and leaves of absence to meet established guidelines and regulations under the Family Medical Leave Act and administers the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Reconciles all monthly invoices for benefit plans.
Performs research and data compilation for various compensation and benefit surveys and reports.
Assists with annual open enrollment for health and welfare plans, communication, planning and vendor implementation.
Maintains plan documents such as SPDs, SMMs and SARs and develops and maintains administrative procedures. Coordinates and publishes benefits information on the company’s intranet site.
Acts as a back-up when needed for items related to compensation plan administration.

About you:
4 + years of progressive benefits experience
Bachelor’s degree in human resource, business, or related major preferred
PHR, SPHR or CEBS preferred
Strong knowledge of benefit principles, laws, and regulations and technical knowledge of benefits functional areas
Experience administering compensation programs preferred
Additional skills:
Project management, problem solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail
Research and data management skills; demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret and summarize data and make recommendations
Computer Skills (Microsoft Office products, strong in Excel)
Communication Skills (verbal and written)
Self-motivator who maintains confidentiality and professionalism
FLSA Status: Exempt
Will have responsibilities such as:

Physical Demands:
Must be able to able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time
The ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
